A local accounting firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts and Administrative Support specialist. Responsibilities include data entry, financial statement preparation, and general office administration. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or certificate in Accounting or Business Administration and 1–3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software is essential. This role offers a monthly salary between $2,600 to $3,000.
Accounts Support
Handle daily data entry of invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses into the accounting system.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and reports.
Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
Administrative Support
Perform general office administration, including answering calls, handling correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, liaising with vendors when necessary.
Prepare reports, letters, and other documents as required.
Assist in coordinating meetings and company events.
Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of relevant experience in administration and accounts support.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero, or others).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Positive working attitude, resourceful, and willing to learn.
Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Prior experience in small/medium-sized companies is an advantage.
