About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin cum Accounts Assistant to join our team at Total Estate Management Services Pte Ltd in the East Coast Central Region. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative and financial operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our company.
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, filing, document organisation and other clerical duties
Assisting with accounts receivable and payable tasks, such as invoice processing and payment thru internet
Performing other ad-hoc administrative and support tasks as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounts-related role
Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as MS Office suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
