About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin cum Accounts Assistant to join our team at Total Estate Management Services Pte Ltd in the East Coast Central Region. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative and financial operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, filing, document organisation and other clerical duties

  • Assisting with accounts receivable and payable tasks, such as invoice processing and payment thru internet

  • Performing other ad-hoc administrative and support tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounts-related role

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
