Job Responsibilities
-Handle data entry
-Maintaining general office files
-Receive & verify cost price from all suppliers.
-Issues and verify the purchase order.
-Handling accounts payable and receivable.
-Responsible for monthly payroll.
-Supporting and performing the daily administrative duties
-Assist in ad-hoc accounts and admin matters when required.
Requirements:
- Min O' Level and above
- Min 2 years experience in construction company
- Good communication and organization skill.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel and power point).
- Proactive, committed and able to work independently.
