- Filling, scanning, and maintaining record
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and filing.
- Assists in AP/AR function
- Organise and maintain proper filing of documents
- Verify expenses, costing, shipping documents, and supplier statements
- Prepare and reconcile Statements of Accounts
- Assist in back-end inventory support
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
