About the role

We are seeking an Admin cum Account Assistant to join our dynamic team at Prestige Auto Export Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in Kampong Ubi, Central Region, and will be responsible for providing comprehensive admin cum accounting support to our growing business.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions

  • Maintaining and reconciling general accounts

  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports ( training will be provided)

  • Performing bank reconciliations and cash flow management.

  • Providing administrative support when as required

  • Assisting in Adhoc office duties, like filing, emails, liaising with clients and keeping track of sales and purchases

  • Report to Managing Director on daily work basis

What we're looking for

  • Experience preferred but not necessary, However must have knowledge (basic) of Xero Software

  • Proficiency in using Xero software , Microsoft Office and Google Drive/Sheets

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Good time management and organizational abilities

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Relevant qualification in Accounting and Admin would be an advantage

  • Singaporean / Singapore Permanent Residents are welcome
