Job summary
A leading company in the drilling industry is seeking a motivated candidate for an Admin & Operations role. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing finance tasks like accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with account closures. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in accounting or finance and relevant experience, with a strong willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma or A level equivalents, majoring in accounting or finance is a plus.
- At least 1 year relevant working experience; entry level candidates are welcome.
- Must demonstrate a 'Can Do' and willing to learn attitude.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, prepare quotations, and liaise with customers.
- Handle AP & AR functions including invoice preparation and customer payment records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end account closing.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel

RESPONSIBILITIES
Admin & Operations
- Provide administrative support to the team and departments, including preparing quotations and liaising with customers.
- Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Finance
- Handling AP & AR functions, including preparing invoices, DO and Quotations
- Maintain records of customer payments and follow up on outstanding debts.
- Assist with month-end and year end account closing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation, filing and data entry.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least diploma /A level equivalents (Major in accounting or finance will be a plus)
- At least 1 year relevant working experience, entry level candidates with good working attitude are welcome to apply.
- Possess Can Do/ Wiling to learn attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to details.
