Job description

SINGAPOREANS ONLY

Engineer industry

Mon-Fri 9.30-4.30 pm - willing to reply phone calls after working hours + 1 day wfh!

Duties and responsibilities will focus on Sales and Customer Service functions, entailing but not restricted to the following tasks:

  • Prompt processing of Sales Quotations, Customer Purchase orders in ERP system;

  • Preparation of commercial documentation for deliveries/collections and logistical arrangements with customers and transportation company;

  • Supporting Sales team in co-ordination with customers with regards to queries, updates of repair status, checking on parts availability and complaints;

  • Monitor and management of customers’ stock levels:

- Prompt request for parts/units from customers for our internal repair jobs queuing and planning;

-Requesting top-ups when stock levels are running low or fully depleted;

- Requesting purchase orders for stocks which have reached low levels but still pending for POs

  • Monitoring of Purchase Orders availability in customers’ portals;

  • Accurate and timely data input/update of internal records in ERP system;

  • Customers site visits will be required during special occasions;

  • Participation in local and overseas Tradeshows if required;
