A well-established company in Singapore is seeking a professional office assistant role responsible for a range of administrative tasks including client communication, data entry, and HR support. Basic up to $3000
Monday to Friday: 9am – 6.30pm, alt Saturday: 8am - 12pm

Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, clients, and staff professionally and handle phone calls, emails, and queries
Perform data entry, filing, document management, and prepare transmittal forms
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
Support HR tasks including employee records and onboarding coordination
Maintain staff housing records and dormitory agreements
Schedule cleaners and ensure cleaning duties are completed
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for building maintenance
Liaise with Logistics for driver arrangements and errands
