Job description

Benefits Summary:

  • Basic up to $3000

  • Monday to Friday: 9am – 6.30pm, alt Saturday: 8am - 12pm

  • Location: Central

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff professionally and handle phone calls, emails, and queries

  • Perform data entry, filing, document management, and prepare transmittal forms

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed

  • Support HR tasks including employee records and onboarding coordination

  • Maintain staff housing records and dormitory agreements

  • Schedule cleaners and ensure cleaning duties are completed

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for building maintenance

  • Liaise with Logistics for driver arrangements and errands
