A leading food testing laboratory in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage customer queries and coordinate sample collections. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, excellent time management abilities, and a keen attention to detail. This role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and involves various administrative tasks.

We provide customers with a broad range of microbiological and chemical testing, rapid testing, hygiene monitoring and specialized test methods developed to meet customer needs. We are seeking applications from candidates who is meticulous and have a mind for customer service.
Responsibilities:
Manage, process and respond to all incoming customer queries and requests received by the Company through telephone, email, and other.
Answering phone call and attending to walk in delivery/collection.
In coordination with the dispatch team, manage and arrange sample collection requests received from customers including monthly collection.
Prepare health certificate and cover letter or other documents for customers.
To liaise with internal and external parties ensuring clear communication of information and smooth process flow.
Maintain and update customer's contact details or any relevant documentation.
Assist with other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with also the ability to communicate with our Mandarin speaking customers;
Excellent time management skill;
Strong attention to details;
Ability to work independently in fast paced environment, training will be provided.
Able to work 5.5 days per week (alternate Saturday)
