    Sales & Marketing Coordinator / Up to $2,500 + AWS

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Handle packing and shipping documents
    • Manage LC documents for submission
    • Coordinate with freight forwarders
    • Collaborate with sales and technical teams for customer specifications
    • Update sales forecast and prepare monthly sales reports
    • Maintain sales database and documentation
    • Replenish stationery, staff beverages, and uniforms
    • Assist colleagues with their tasks when needed
    • Assist with travel and hotel bookings (ad-hoc)
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
    Qualifications:
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
    • Experience in shipping and logistics coordination
    • Ability to lift and carry goods weighing up to 12kg
