Job description

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

· Maintain and organize all project-related documents, reports, and records in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures

· Manage the project documentation, ensuring timely submission of reports/Quotations to clients

· Type and format technical reports, and other documents for the team.

· Ensure that reports are accurately typed, formatted, and submitted in a timely manner

· Keep track of purchases, invoices, and ensure all procurement records are well organized.

· Ensure that financial documentation, including invoices and receipts, is organized and submitted on time.

· Support the department with administrative tasks as needed to ensure the efficient running of daily operations.

· Perform any other adhoc duties assigned by the manager to support the operations and objectives

Job Requirements:

· At least a diploma in engineering, or related, is preferred.

· Contract of minimum 1 year, with chance of extension

· Strong organizational and time management abilities

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity data entry software.

· Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

· Willingness to extend working hours when needed to meet project deadlines or support urgent tasks.
