About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Admin Clerk (Intern/Part-Time) to support our
Consultant Team with document preparation for client submissions. This role is ideal for students or individuals seeking flexible working hours while gaining hands-on office experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, editing, and formatting documents for client submission
- Work extensively with PDF, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Organize, file, and track documents accurately
- Ensure document versions are up to date and compliant with client requirements
- Support consultants with ad-hoc administrative and clerical tasks
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
- Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Available to commit to Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (minimum 3 months preferred)
