About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join the team at JONES COLLECTION PTE. LTD. This full-time role will be based in Aljunied, Central Region and will involve providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing
  1. Providing a wide range of administrative duties, including data entry, document management, scheduling, and travel arrangements

  2. Handling telephone and email inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

  3. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required

  4. Coordinating and arrange meetings, including setting agendas and taking minutes

  5. Providing general office support, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory

  6. Collaborating with colleagues across the company to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment
