Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

To provide efficient administrative and customer support for student recruitment and admissions processes, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students and education agents, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Processing & Documentation

  • Accurately process student applications, verify documents (academic transcripts, passports, etc.), and maintain digital records.
  • Conduct eligibility checks and liaise with academic departments for application follow-ups

2. Bilingual Student & Agent Support

  • Respond to inquiries from prospective students, parents, and agents in English and Mandarin via email, phone, and CRM systems.
  • Assist in translating communications or materials between English and Mandarin when required.

3. Data Management & Compliance

  • Update and maintain student databases (CRM) with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection policies (e.g., PDPA) and institutional regulations.

4. Administrative Coordination

  • Schedule interviews, admission tests, and counsellor appointments.
  • Prepare offer letters, acceptance packages, and pre-arrival guides

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Support the admissions team in recruitment events, webinars, and agent training sessions.
  • Provide feedback to improve admissions processes and student experience.

Essential Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken), with ability to handle formal communications.
  • Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
    • Prior experience in administration, customer service, or education (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
