Admin Assistant (Shipping / Logistics)

Basic $2000 - 2400 + Fix allowances + Incentive
8am - 5:30pm (Mon - Fri)
AWS + VB (3 months)

Responsibilities:

• Handle order processing, verify customer orders, and prepare orders for planners.
• Ensure delivery orders are received, arrange dispatch, forward proof of delivery to customers, and close job orders for billing.
• Liaise with booking agents or ship operators regarding supply schedules and vessel loading.
• Coordinate permit applications and approvals.
• Generate pick slips for warehouse operations.
• Perform SAP and WMS transactions.
• Manage email correspondence with customers.
• Perform flight booking and handle related documentation.
• Carry out pre-lodge, enquiry, and checks using the freight terminal system.
• Demonstrate good Excel proficiency.
• Attend to customer complaints and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Local Singaporeans Only.
• Minimum N or O Level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Have order processing experience and SAP knowledge.
• Having relevant experience as a warehouse admin / logistics officer is a strong plus.
