Job description

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the store and inventory management at Home, including equipment maintenance.
  • Raising purchase orders and maintaining procurement records.
  • Assisting in contractor selection by gathering procurement specifications and tender bids from suppliers.
  • Managing food catering vendors to ensure quality improvement and handling feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Performing other duties as assigned, including:
    • Assisting in residents’ cash disbursement and bank visits for withdrawals.
    • Assisting in residents’ outings with care staff.
    • Executing any other ad hoc duties as directed by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in a related discipline or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a male psychiatric rehabilitation home.
  • Good writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and tech-savvy.
