An established HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Admin Executive to support management with strategic direction across divisions. The role involves critical responsibilities such as recruitment, policy implementation, and ensuring legal compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience and a diploma, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and employee management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support the Management by providing executive level management oversight and strategic direction to all company divisions.
  • Review, analyze, develop and implement beneficial policies, programs and procedures to achieve both short and long-term goals and objectives.
  • Work with Management in the timely preparation of viable financial plans and budgets for the approval of head office.
  • Plan, review and evaluate the work of subordinate management and staff to achieve effective manpower planning, utilization, and retention.
  • Identify, evaluate and develop core business strategies to drive profitability, growth and operational efficiency.
  • Track business performance and provide analysis and advisory to close performance gaps.
  • Recruiting and hiring new employees and responsible for developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes and applications, conducting interviews and negotiating job offers.
  • Monitor and develop employee performance throughout the year by providing timely feedback and support.
  • Facilitate two-way communication between managers and employees to gain valuable insights into performance and areas of improvement.
  • Oversees the compensation and benefits for employees within the organization.
  • Ensure transparency in communicating information about compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated with the latest laws and regulations related to employment.
  • Develop an employee handbook that outlines company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records of employee information to protect the organization in the event of legal disputes.
  • Establish a clear process for reporting complaints, with a thorough investigation process.

Working hours : 0830 hrs to 1730 hrs

Salary : $3500 - $4000

Job Scope
