A leading company in the drilling industry is seeking an Operations Support role based in Singapore. This position involves managing client reservations and operational communication with a focus on meticulous reporting and customer service. Ideal candidates will possess relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred.

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Handle all reservations and quotations
  • Update in FMS of all confirmed booking
  • Prepare and submission ridership reports to a shuttle bus
  • Prepare monthly booking summary for billing and verifications
  • Update client list into FMS when any changes
  • Follow up and reply to all the booking emails and enquiries and ensure confirmation
  • Attend to the customer phone calls
  • Prepare and submit driver clearance to clients if any
  • Prepare log sheet when necessary
  • Downloading of CCTV if there shall be any disputed matter
  • Take turns managing the operations duty phone
  • Ad hoc duties given by superior


Requirements

  • Candidate should possess ‘N’/’O’ level/Diploma/Professional qualifications in any field
  • Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Have initiative, drive, and motivation to work as a team
  • Prefer candidates with the transportation industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Meticulous, organized, multi-tasking, and proactive
  • Self-drive, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Singaporean preferred
  • Able to speak Mandarin to liaise mandarin speaking customers
