• Coordinate daily schedules of IT Engineers for projects.
• Manage deployment schedules for interns.
• Liaise with Sales and IT Departments on after-sales matters.
• Communicate effectively with corporate customers.
• Maintain service inventory control.
• Update service forms in the system accurately.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job scope

• Coordinate daily schedules of IT Engineers for on-site, outsource, in-house projects, and backfill purposes.
• Manage deployment schedules for interns.
• Liaise closely with Sales and IT Departments on after-sales matters.
• Communicate effectively with corporate customers, handling calls, inquiries, and emails promptly.
• Maintain service inventory control and proper billing records.
• Update service forms in the system accurately and on time.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
