Job description

THK Therapy Service Division (TS) provides occupational, physiotherapy and speech language therapy services to THKMC programs and other community organizations. TS adopts a holistic client and family-centered care approach by working with transdisciplinary or multidisciplinary professional teams, families, and other community partners. Through individual and group therapy sessions, TS addresses the various needs of clients ranging from pediatric to geriatric.

We’re looking for an Admin Assistant to support service operations, based at Children Therapy Space.

Job Description

  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Schedule staff visits to clients based on availability and requests.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients and therapists
  • Process and coordinate new referrals in the system
  • Handle client inquiries regarding services.
  • Assist in addressing and resolving client complaints.
  • Track attendance, invoicing, and subsidies for Home Rehab services.
  • Assist to prepare data for monthly meetings
  • Ensure proper documentation and systematic filing of client information, including regular audits.
  • Update required information on the ILTC portal.
  • Manage debt collection by reminding clients of due payments and outstanding balances.
  • Contribute to achieving departmental KPIs.
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management team.
