About the RoleAs an Administrator supporting repair coordination, you will play a key role in the back-end operations of technical service projects. You’ll help ensure jobs run smoothly by managing communication, documentation, scheduling, and procurement processes. This position is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills and an interest in contributing to technical project workflows.

Position Details

  • Industry: Elevators & Escalators / Engineering Services
  • Department: Repairs / Technical Services Coordination
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: Up to $3,000 per month
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
  • Location: Near Kaki Bukit MRT (DT28)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on repair schedules, documentation needs, and progress status
  • Plan and coordinate job scheduling using SAP Hybris or equivalent systems
  • Raise purchase requisitions for materials (e.g., ropes, bearings, batteries) and subcontractor services
  • Liaise with technicians and subcontractors to support day-to-day repair project activities
  • Monitor and update job completion statuses and inventory receipts in ERP systems
  • Track technician overtime and assist with related administrative tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to section heads and maintain customer documentation

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of administrative or coordination experience

Skills & Attributes:

  • Familiarity with SAP ERP or SAP Hybris is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Client-focused and proactive in problem-solving
