Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for Social Services.
  • Assist with MOH Portable Subsidy admissions.
  • Prepare bills, contracts, and administrative documents.
  • Monitor National Means Testing for subsidy residents.
  • Collect documents for financial assistance applications.
  • Prepare social memos for outpatient financial assistance.
  • Handle phone/email inquiries on social service matters.
  • Maintain records, track subsidies, and manage Medifund claims.
