Job description

  • Position: Admin Assistant (Operations)
  • Location: Tuas (Company transport provided from Pioneer MRT)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,800 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Sanitizing

Main Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve both internal and external operational issues as they arise
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and with stakeholders
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline processes
  • Maintain accurate databases and ensure data integrity
  • Oversee and coordinate operational activities including scheduling, logistics, and documentation
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing schedules, handling inquiries, and maintaining records

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative working experience is preferred
  • Minimum 'O' Level certificate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Full training is provided for inexperienced candidates
