Job description

1. Provide administrative support to the sales/service team which includes typing of letters, faxes, and e-mails, faxing, filing and handling enquiries both through phone and e-mail.

2. Assist in compiling reports for department head.

3. Assist in tender documentation and ensure timely submission as required.

4. Provide customers’ order management.

5. Assist in generating purchase orders, tracking and follow-up on incoming shipments to ensure orders are shipped and necessary documentation arrives on time for clearance.

6. Coordinate with internal colleagues from the Sales, Service, and Logistics team to ensure correct and timely orders are placed and delivered to customers as per contract or quotation.

7. Maintain filing systems to preserve sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
