About the role

DigiFort Singapore Pte Ltd, a leading technology company, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Admin Assistant (Sales / Service Support) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Joo Seng Central Region and offers an exciting opportunity to be a crucial part of our client-facing operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales and service teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Handling client inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other client-facing documents
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating client databases
  • Providing general office support, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
  • Contributing to the implementation of process improvements and administrative initiatives

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or client support role, preferably within the client and sales administration industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and client database management
