Job description

  • Position : Admin Assistant / Sales Coordinator - Up to $3,000 - AMK
  • Location : Ang Mo Kio
  • Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM - 6.0PM
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 10-18 Days Annual Leave
  • Duration : Perm

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Create Proforma Invoice, Delivery Order, Invoice from system
  • Prepare and co-ordinate for delivery and distribute DHL/FedEx/Local packages
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Track sales performance and update sales data on CRM
  • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Manage office supplies and keep inventory stocked
  • Checking suppliers' delivery notes against our goods system
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
