  • Follow up on leads and potential sales.
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and follow up on payments.
  • Schedule jobs and assign teams with operations.
  • Update customer records and track sales activities.
  • Monitor job progress and update customers.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for smooth operations.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

  • Position : Admin Assistant (Sales Coordinating/Simple Duties) - Up to $3,200
  • Location : Punggol - Edgedale Plains
  • Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus of Average one month + Annual Leave + Medical Leave
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Movers & Logistics


Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, or phone
  • Follow up on leads and potential sales
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and follow up on payments
  • Schedule jobs and assign teams with operations
  • Update customer records and track sales activities
  • Monitor job progress and update customers
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for smooth operations
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor


Requirements:
  • Min. O-Level or Diploma in Business or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese workers who can only speak mandarin
