Job summary

A logistics company in Punggol is seeking an Admin Assistant to handle customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and coordinate with teams. The ideal candidate should have at least an O-Level or Diploma in Business and be proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required. This is a permanent position offering a salary of up to $3,200.

  • Follow up on leads and potential sales.
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and follow up on payments.
  • Schedule jobs and assign teams with operations.
  • Update customer records and track sales activities.
  • Monitor job progress and update customers.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for smooth operations.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

  • Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus of Average one month + Annual Leave + Medical Leave
  • Duration : Permanent
