Admin Assistant ( Renewable Contract )
Job description
- Perform motor insurance / hire purchase financing duties;
- Documentation and reception duties (e.g., Filing, Invoicing, Raising PO);
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team on invoicing, daily payment collection, IU commissioning, etc.;
- Process LTA vehicle registration/vehicle ownership transfer, inspection approval;
- Handle pre-delivery inspection admin duties;
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience;
- Meticulous and able to multitask;
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin due to overseas counterparts they serve;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- Willing to work in Bukit Timah area and on alternate Saturdays;
- At least a full GCE O level certificate or completed a Certificate education from a recognized educational institution.
Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm, Sat 8:30am - 12:30pm.
