Job summary

A manufacturing company in the industrial pipings sector is seeking an Admin Assistant for order processing and quotations. The successful candidate will manage customer orders, liaise with overseas teams, and ensure smooth sales operations. This is a permanent role based in Tuas, Singapore, offering a competitive salary package and transport provided.

Qualifications

  • Minimum O' Level or equivalent with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak Mandarin.

Job description

  • Position : Admin Assistant (Order Processing/Quotation) - Up To $2,800 - Transport Provided
  • Location : West - Tuas (Company Transport at Jurong East, Boon Lay)
  • Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to Basic $2,800 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Leaves + Medical Claims
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Manufacturing - Industrial Pipings

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer orders and handle sales enquiries.
  • Assist overseas teams with quotations and vendor/customer coordination.
  • Process sales quotations, POs, coordinating shipments and deliveries (local & overseas).
  • Address customer complaints and implement preventive measures.
  • Coordinate payments and liaise with freight forwarders/couriers.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Minimum O' Level or equivalent with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Able to work independently
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak Mandarin.
