Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Addressing and resolving operational issues as they arise. (External and Internal)

  • Facilitating communication and collaboration between different departments and stakeholders.

  • Identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements to optimize workflows.

  • Maintaining accurate and accessible databases, ensuring data integrity.

  • Overseeing and coordinating various operational activities, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation.

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, handling inquiries, and maintaining records.

Required Skills and Qualities

  • Ability carry out duties with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to identify and resolve operational issues.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.

  • High organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

  • Able to understand customers' needs and suggest appropriate proposals.

Job Requirements:

  • ITE graduates or GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent also welcome to apply

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years relevant working experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Working location at Tuas, transport pick-up location at Pioneer MRT

  • Able to start work immediate or within short notice.

  • A good working attitude with initiative and a team player

  • 5 days week (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm)
