Job summary

A leading company in the sanitizing industry is looking for an Admin Assistant (Operations) to manage various operational tasks and provide administrative support. This role is permanent, located in Tuas, and offers a competitive salary up to SGD 2,800 plus bonuses. Candidates with at least one year of relevant experience and 'O' Level certificates are preferred, with training provided for less experienced applicants.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Full training provided for inexperienced candidates.

  • Address and resolve operational issues internally and externally.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and with stakeholders.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline processes.
  • Oversee operational activities including scheduling, logistics, and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support such as managing schedules, handling inquiries, and maintaining records.

Position: Admin Assistant (Operations)

Location: Tuas (Company transport provided from Pioneer MRT)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)

Salary: Up to $2,800 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus (commensurate with experience)

Duration: Permanent
