Job description

JOB PURPOSE

To provide an excellent and effective administrative functions/support to Ops Administration Department, thereby contributing to the smooth backend operations of Red Cross Home for the Disabled.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Operations

  • To provide administrative paperwork support in the daily operation of the Ops Admin.
  • To assist Ops Admin in Assets Tracking carried out by OM-HQ.
  • To facilitate Stationery Orders and Distribution.
  • To assist in answering Telephone Call

2. Administration

  • Issuance of Requisition/Purchase Order c/w Goods Receiving & Invoicing.
  • Assist in tracking and renewal of Maintenance Contracts.
  • Assist in updating excel spreadsheet e.g. Vendor Details, Funding, etc.
  • Processing of monthly bills of the RCHD e.g. Utilities, Licensing Fees, etc.

3. Any Other Duties

  • Provide relief assistance/support when teammate is on leave.
  • Participate in society events/activities, which occasionally occur on weekends.

JOB SPECIFICATION

1. Qualifications

  • Min GCE‘O’ Level, Certificate in Administration, or equivalent.

2. Experience

  • Preferably with at least 1-2 years of working experience in general administrative duties.

3. Additional Skills & Knowledge

  • Good knowledge in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Good organizational and administration skills are essentials and the ability to prioritise the workload effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently as well as a good team player, with the ability to relate well to people of all levels, including the volunteers.
  • Good interpersonal skills, self motivated, meticulous and able to multitask.
  • Possessing a class 3 driving license will be an added advantage.
