Job description

We are looking for a Full-Time Admin Assistant (Operation Department) for daily operations to manage client queries, a pool of floaters and cleaners, schedules, and feedback.

Must be detail-oriented, good at follow-up, and have strong time management skills.

Need to manage and monitor equipment, cleaning solutions, and cleaning standards.

Work Day: 5 or 5.5 Days (Need to work either Saturday or Sunday)
Work Shift: 7am to 4pm or 2pm to 11pm (Both shifts will be scheduled accordingly)

Responsibilities:

  1. Able to communicate well and quickly with clients, floaters, and cleaners through various channels (e.g., phone calls, chat/SMS, emails, walk-ins).
  2. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
  3. Respond promptly to client inquiries and complaints to ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client support.
  4. Arrange floater or cleaner job schedules and monitor cleaning standards.
  5. Collect mails and documents.
  6. Assist in any ad hoc duties assigned by executives.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and scheduling.
  2. Minimum 'O' level holder.
  3. Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Pleasant and friendly personality.
  5. Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, fast learner, and willing to take up responsibility.
  7. Computer literacy.
