A service-oriented company in Singapore is seeking an Admin Assistant to manage daily operations within the operations department. The ideal candidate will communicate with clients and support cleaning schedules, ensuring client satisfaction. Applicants should have at least one year of customer service experience and be good at time management. This role requires commitment for six days, including weekends, with shifts from 7am to 4pm or 2pm to 11pm.
We are looking for Admin Assistant (Operation Department) for daily operation to manage client / a pool of floater and cleaner queries, schedule and feedbacks, etc. Must be detail-oriented, good at follow up and good time management. Need to manage and monitor equipment, cleaning solutions and cleaning standard.
6 Days - Must be able to commit on Sat or Sun
7am to 4pm or 2pm to 11pm
