IHH Healthcare is seeking a support staff member to enhance clinic relationships and manage inquiries regarding Operating Theatre operations. The ideal candidate should have a GCE 'N' Level qualification and at least one year of clerical experience. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, alongside a positive and adaptable work attitude.
Responsibilities:
To promote and foster better relationships with the doctors and their clinic staff
To answer queries from external customers (Doctors, clinic staff and the public) regarding Operating Theatre
To ensure accurate and timely billing
To obtain and dispatch messages and / or requisitions to the appropriate personnel or department
Answer telephone inquiries
Works closely with the Business office regarding patient discharge
To maintain professional knowledge, skills and accept responsibility for own education and career development
Professional/ Educational Qualifications
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
Skills and Knowledge
At least 1 year experience in clerical duties in an acute hospital setting preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills
People-oriented, flexible, adaptable and positive work attitude
Typing ability and computer literacy preferred
