Qualifications

Job description

The Opportunity

  • Work with Singapore Largest Local Tech Company
  • Monday - Friday: 10am-7pm
  • Working location: one-north
  • 6 months (can renew/convert)
  • Basic: up to $1,800

The Talent

  • Ability to problem solve, with strong attention to detail
  • Prior office work experience (Experience in Sales, BD, Partnerships, Strategy,Operation is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Holistics, Salesforce, PowerBI, SQL and any other programming language is a plus

Job Description

  • Build and maintain good relationships with merchants
  • Help merchants by answering questions and solving problems
  • Collect and update merchant documents in the system
  • Create reports based on merchant data when needed
  • Analyze merchant business performance using data
  • Learn about our products (like Ads and Marketing) to suggest more services
  • Do other admin and customer service tasks as needed
  • Use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
