Responsibilities:
Manage phone calls and email enquiries
Processing of Purchase Requisition and issuance of Purchase Order
Booking of Customers’ Purchase Orders and triggering Finance for invoicing.
Processing of Internal Billing.
Assisting Logistics in the preparation of shipping documents, including sourcing and liaising with freight forwarders.
Updating, monitoring and generation of reports.
Liaise and negotiate with vendors, suppliers and contractors.
Requirements:
At least GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
