Job description

Position: Admin Assistant in a Maid Agency

Location: Eunos

Working hours: 5.5 work week: Monday Wednesday Friday - 11am-6pm, Tuesday and Thursday 11am - 8pm, Saturday 12pm-4pm

Salary : $2000-$3000

Benefits: 10-14 days of Annual Leave, AWS, Performance bonus, Company Trips and Insurance. Career progression

Duration: Permanent Position


Job Role Includes:


  • Prepare and checking employer’s/helper’s documentation, vetting overseas documents and MOM IPA and ensuring documents required are in place
  • Perform physical and digital documentation filing
  • Submission of Helper’s Insurance and ensuring bond transmission
  • Preforming Work permit renewal services for clients
  • Preparing documents for handover and performing Handover of Helpers to Employers
  • Issuance of WP after handover and arranging thumbprint appointments with employer
  • Planning and arranging lodging with our lodging partners
  • Operating our software to keep track of processes and records ( Training will be provided)

Requirements :

  • English/Chinese written and spoken proficiency. Malay/ Bahasa Indonesian will be a bonus
  • Microsoft word and excel proficiency (basic)
  • Willingness to take CEI FDW course and exam (Those with CEI license will be a huge bonus)
  • Team player, willing to learn and those looking for a challenging yet fuilfilling career
