Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for logistics and e-commerce department.
- Prepare shipment documentation and assist with order processing.
- Maintain accurate inventory and record-keeping systems.
- Assist during product photoshoots and for e-commerce order fulfilments.
- Retrieval of shoes in the warehouse whenever required.
- Handle filing, data entry, and general clerical duties.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level/Nitec/Higher Nitec or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to assist in hands-on tasks beyond desk-based work.
- Team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
- Open to contractual role and can commit at least 6 to 12 months.
