Job description

You will play a key role in supporting the Legal and Compliance Department by delivering comprehensive administrative and operational assistance. Your responsibilities will include managing the flow of documentation—printing, sorting, scanning, filing, and uploading documents, reports, and emails—as well as maintaining legal and corporate secretarial databases, files, and physical/electronic records.

You will support the coordination and execution of internal and board meetings, including preparation of meeting materials, scheduling, and logistical arrangements. You will liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties, assist in maintaining key departmental reference materials, and draft routine correspondence such as cover letters and simple communications.

In addition, you will manage dispatch and courier arrangements and may be assigned other tasks or projects by members of the Legal and Compliance Department as needed. As the team continues to evolve, you are expected to proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and overall team efficiency.

You should possess a minimum qualification of GCE ‘O’ Level with at least three years of relevant experience. You should be meticulous in your work, detailed oriented, good in multi-tasking, patient, mature and pleasant in disposition. In addition, you should also be proficient in MS Office.
