Job title: Admin Assistant (Japanese Speaking)

Our client is a leading Japanese MNC specializing in the supply of tools and equipment. They are looking for an Admin Assistant (Japanese Speaking) to liaise with and assist the President and Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks and activities.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and organise company improvement activity events - Performance Innovation Management (PIM)
- Track and maintain reports for all corporate activities, mainly PIM and the company's Management by Objective (MBO)
- Facilitate company surveys such as Great Place to Work (GPTW) and Employee Satisfaction Survey
- Support Managers in organising company workshops
- Liaise and coordinate with staff and headquarters on general issues
- Translate periodicals or essential information for the company
- Undertake other special assignments, ad hoc projects, and related duties when required
- Support continuous improvement projects/initiatives
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties
What you will receive

Requirements & Preferences
Must
- Minimum Diploma holder with 2 years of experience in Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent communication in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 and above)
- Good interpersonal, communication skills, and meticulous
- Flexible, positive, and responsible personality
Advantageous
- Experience working in a Japanese company
- Ability to start within 1 month or earlier
