Location: Suntec City Working Days & Hours: 4 Days Work Week / Rotational Days / 10am - 10pm daily
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Oversight: Conduct routine monitoring of transactions using enterprise tools. Identify and resolve flagged activities in accordance with internal compliance standards.
Operational Excellence: Execute daily tasks in line with SOPs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring consistent accuracy and timeliness.
Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear and accurate documentation, issue timely updates, and escalate critical matters as necessary. Track and follow up on outstanding items to ensure completion.
Continuous Improvement: Support ad hoc projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, workflow effectiveness, and team collaboration.
Qualifications & Requirements
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) systems and workflow management tools is a plus.
