A dynamic company is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to bolster their HR team. This role involves supporting administrative functions, managing HR operations, and ensuring compliance with policies. Ideal candidates will have a relevant diploma, some HR experience, and strong organizational skills.
As part of our company’s strategic growth, we are looking for a committed HR Administrative Assistant to strengthen and support our dynamic human resources team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining smooth HR operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and supporting the administrative needs of both management and staff. The successful candidate will contribute to efficient workforce coordination and help uphold our company’s professional standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Support HR daily operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.
· Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing documents and coordinating schedules.
· Support recruitment activities such as arranging interviews.
· Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering and stock management.
· Prepare a simple report and track training records.
· Provide administrative support for HR projects or campaigns and other ad-hoc duties assigned by the HR team.
Required Qualifications:
· Nitec or Higher-Nitec in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Requirement:
· 0 to 2 years of working experience in HR or administrative roles preferred
· Basic understanding of HR functions and processes
· Good organisational and time management skills
· Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information sensitively
· Able to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage
· Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage
Skillset(s) Requirement:
· Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
