An established industry player is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage administrative tasks and support HR functions. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating project documentation, liaising with internal teams, and assisting in vendor management. You will also play a key role in organizing company events and ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new employees. Responsibilities:
* Manage, coordinate and document the project administrative work
* Manage, keep record and update all submission document and liaise with internally project personnel
* Assist in material sourcing and compilation of quotations from various vendors and subcontractors
* Manages, files and updates records including and not limited to catalogue, project documentation
* Coordinate and arrange accommodation, transportation, and visiting tours for company guests
* Assist in organizing company events and social activities
* Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records and assisting in the onboarding process
* ISO application and update yearly
* All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager
