Salary: up to $2800 Location: Henderson Road Working hours: Mon - Fri: 9.00am to 5.45pm
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support and handling enquiries
Assist in compiling reports for department head
Assist in tender documentation and ensure timely submission
Provide customers’ order management
Assist in generating purchase orders, tracking and follow-up on incoming shipments to ensure orders are shipped and necessary documentation arrived on time for clearance
Ensure correct and timely orders are placed and delivered to customers
Maintain filing systems, prepare reports, and provide financial information
Requirements:
Min GCE ’O’ / ‘A’ level
Min 2 Years of working experience in the related field
