Provide administrative support for clinic and home care operations, covering appointment coordination, billing, data entry, and general admin duties.
What you'll be doing
Arrange patient appointments and bookings
Verify invoices, claims, timesheets, and handle billing data entry (e.g., SAP)
Support subsidy applications and referral tracking
Prepare reports, documents, approval papers, and handle PDPA matters as assigned
Manage contracts, update the corporate portal, and perform general office duties
Handle phone enquiries and assist with clinic operations, including occasional staff meal arrangements
What we're looking for
GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma with relevant admin experience
Proven experience within a healthcare setting is advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
Organised, detail-oriented, with good communication skills
