Responsibilities:

  • Providing a wide range of administrative duties including document management, data entry, filing, and correspondence

  • Providing professional customer service and support, including handling inquiries

  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents

  • Managing office supplies and inventory

  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external partners

  • Supporting the team with any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels

  • 1–2 years of relevant working experience is preferred
