Responsibilities:
Providing a wide range of administrative duties including document management, data entry, filing, and correspondence
Providing professional customer service and support, including handling inquiries
Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents
Managing office supplies and inventory
Serving as a point of contact for internal and external partners
Supporting the team with any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels
1–2 years of relevant working experience is preferred
Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office and digital platforms
