We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Admin Assistant, Fund Corporate Secretarialbased in our Singapore office. This is a full-time and permanent position reporting to the Manager, Fund Corporate Secretarial.

Key responsibilities:

  • Admin support the Funds team not limited to filing of the statutory documents, ensuring the documents properly scanned and named to the server

  • Coordination of incoming and outgoing mails and liaising with reception for local dispatch / courier services

  • Other typing and general administrative duties

  • Arrange archiving file closing and send/from to the warehouse

  • Manage internal workflow

  • Participate in projects in relation to the regulatory changes, new processes, system enhancements, remediation exercises if required

  • Co-ordinate with the team and finance, ensuring/monitoring on the billing for common seal / rubber stamp

  • Assist in document management storage system

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience

  • Motivated self-starter and progressive thinker

  • High professional integrity and accountability

  • Good communication skills

  • Independent and self-motivated, able to work with tight deadlines

  • Ability to organise and prioritize work with minimum supervision

  • Strong team player
