Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and scheduling.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support finance with basic bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, expense claims, etc.).
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
